1.Go to Clubpenguin support
2.Go to Technical question
3.Say like,
Dear Cp,
Please unbann my penguin. I didn’t mean to do anything wrong.If i do something wrong, call the po-po to arrest me.LOL! (Dont put the po-po part or lol) Then put your name and blah blah blah!
